Ingredients for Fried Prawn Wontons
8 wonton skins
10 medium-sized
prawns- de-veined, shelled, and chopped
½ carrot - peeled and thinly sliced
3 sprigs
kucai/chives - thinly sliced
1 sprig spring onion - chopped
1 tsp corn flour
Pepper and salt
to taste
Oil for frying
How to Make Prawn Wontons
Mix all
ingredients together (except for wonton skins and oil)
Divide the prawn mixture into 8 portions.
Place each
portion in the center of a wanton skin.
Fold the
corners together and press them tightly.
Fry in batches until golden and crispy.
Serve with chili sauce.
