Nava’s Zen Services
Our yoga in
nature, coaching, and counselling sessions are held in a serene, natural
setting. We provide high-quality Hatha Yoga and Zen Yoga classes without a
hefty price. Affordable yet professional, our sessions are led by qualified and
certified yoga instructors and yoga teachers. Similarly, our coaching and
counselling services are conducted by experienced coaches and counsellors.
Yoga Sessions/Yoga Classes
Hatha Yoga
Following our core values and principles of Zen, known as Zen Yoga, our sessions are rooted in the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga. Simply put: breath, body, mind, and soul. Hatha Yoga unites body and mind through postures, conscious breathing, and mindful awareness, helping you find balance physically and mentally.
By connecting deeply with your breath and practicing mindful awareness, Zen integrates simplicity, presence, and inner peace, aligning with Hatha Yoga logically and realistically. After a Hatha Yoga session or Zen Yoga class, you’ll feel relaxed, supple, and free of tension in your breath, body, mind, and soul, leaving our Zen center feeling balanced and fulfilled.
Yoga for
Beginners
All our yoga
classes are suitable for beginners, even if you have never practiced yoga
before. Some intermediate and advanced poses are included, but they are kept to
a minimum.
Group Sessions/Yoga

Our group yoga classes are small, with only 3 to 7 participants. This ensures personalized attention and aligns with our commitment to providing high-quality yoga sessions.
