Mashed Potatoes

Mashed potatoes, made with milk, butter, salt and pepper.
What is not to love about mashed potatoes? These melting-in-your-mouth, luscious, super smooth, milky, and buttery mashed potatoes are most probably one of the top favourite foods throughout the globe (CRISPY POTATO CUTLETS).

Mashed potatoes can be made in various styles, though the core ingredient is always potato. They range from the simplest mashed potatoes to French mashed potatoes (pommes purée) and Italian mashed potatoes (purè di patate). Apart from these, the traditional Irish or British mashed potatoes, each showcases unique regional tastes and techniques.

There’s also a simple Italian-style mashed potato adapted for a Malaysian kitchen, which can be called Malaysian Mashed Potatoes. Inspired by the Italian style (THINGS TO DO IN VERONA, ITALY), this mashed potato recipe is flexible. You can adjust the amount of milk and butter, add more or less. You can make it thick or light, chunky or smooth, or somewhere in between.

The 4-ingredient mashed potatoes recipe (excluding salt and pepper) is creamy, buttery, velvety, and delicious. The YouTube video attached below will definitely help you with the step-by-step cooking technique.
