Spicy Fish Puttu (Flakes)

Another recipe of mine on how to make fish puttu (flakes), different then the previous one, known  similarly as "Fish Puttu".   This time its more on a spicy taste with fish curry powder as well as other different ingredients.added inside. As stated in my previous recipe, the best choice of fish will be the shark but you can also try with Indian Mackerel (tenggiri).  A lovely fish dish which I normally served with either plain rasam, egg rasam, lemon milk rasam or crab legs rasam.

Ingredients
To Prepare The Fish
450g shark(sura) fish
1 tbsp grounded/blended ginger
3 cups water

Other Ingredients
1 medium size (abt 60g) tomato - chopped
2 tbsp fish curry powder (or as preferred)
1/2 tbsp turmeric/kunyit powder
6 shallots - sliced
5 garlic - sliced
3 sprigs curry leaves
1/2 tbsp lemon/lime juice
4 tbsp canola oil
salt to taste
Method:
Add the fish, ginger and water into a pot and boil until fish becomes soft and cooked.
Drain the water out and let it cool down before flaking into smaller pieces, discard the skin and the bones.
When oil is heated, add all the ingredients inside and fry over low heat.
Keep doing so for about 20 mins until the fish becomes brown and crunchy looking.
Once this is done, remove from heat.

Eva Herzigova Wonderbra Billboard Named Most Iconic

According to Huffington Post, Wonderbra's "Hello Boys" billboard featuring supermodel Eva Herzigova has been named the "most iconic advert image of all time," My Daily UK writes. The Outdoor Media Centre polled tens of thousands of Britons and the majority dubbed the campaign the best of the best.

Sure, sure, this is just another British survey, but don't kid your American self -- Eva's ad certainly made the rounds in the U.S., helped the Czech beauty gain instant fame...and arguably made the roads more dangerous. In fact, MSNBC.com put up an article a few years back on why it might not be the best idea to post oversized images of scantily-clad models right where men operating vehicles can see them, citing the 1994 promotion.
An excerpt:  A recent study found that the billboard ads do indeed distract drivers. One ad in particular was the Wonderbra ad featuring Eva Herzigova. Research released this week said one in five male drivers said their eyes were diverted from the road by posters of scantily clad women -- such as model Eva Herzigova's famous adverts for Wonderbra which bore the tagline "Hello Boys." However only one in 10 women were put off by the sight of a semi-dressed male model. Well, that's because we're too busy gabbing on the phone and painting our nails behind the wheel to look up. Obviously.

What do you think? Is the "Hello Boys" ad the most iconic billboard ever?
