Avocado Dip Recipe

Avocado, yogurt, mint leaves, olive oil and pepper dip, served with crackers and salads.
There’s something sensational about a luscious avocado dip. It’s a dip you won’t mind dipping your fingers into (CUCUMBER YOGURT SALAD). Avocado by itself is mouthwatering, with a luscious, mild, slightly nutty flavor, a subtle buttery texture, and a hint of peppery spice.

It’s high in healthy monounsaturated fats, good for the heart, and cholesterol-free. Avocado is also nutrient-dense, with fiber, vitamins, and minerals, but still calorie-rich, so moderation is key.

Just blend the ingredients, and the dip is ready. Combined with yogurt, mint leaves, olive oil, and pepper, it becomes a luscious, smooth, and lightly spiced, minty dip.

A healthy, vegetarian dip, it’s usually served with crackers and salads. Ideal as a light meal, appetizer, starter, or finger food for gatherings and entertaining (TURMERIC EGGS).
