Kam Heong Prawns. That's right. You read me loud and clear. The Chinese prawn dish (Fried Shrimp Wantons). But somehow, curry leaves have made their into Kam Heong Prawns? How come? Must be because of the wondrous scent. In fact, curry leaves are quite a favorite for Chinese dishes? I know so. Kam Heong Prawns. The popularity. Like a must when we dine in Chinese restaurants? The know how you must know for making Kam Heong Prawns. Put your trust in me. This recipe of mine will not be a failure (Tamarind Prawn Curry & Devilled Prawns).

Vegetarian Mutton Rendang

I think I am the first and I will most probably remain in the number one league until this recipe of mine is copied. Hopefully, those who copy have mastered the art of bluffology because rendang definitely is not from India. Of course, Malaysian Indians? Credit my recipe if you are badly want to copy. Actually, come to think of it, nothing much I can do. After all, in the virtual world, there are many loopholes for copying. Boo-hoo-hoo! Alright, let's get down to the business of making Vegetarian Mutton Rendang (Vegetarian Mutton Curry). Remember, we spoke about the vegetarianism theory to vegetarian mutton before (Vegetarian Mutton Varuval & Vegetarian Mutton Peratal)? We sure did. Vegetarian Mutton Rendang? Vegetarian mutton, Malaysian herbs, chillies, coconut milk and turmeric leaf scented. Tadaa!

Chilli is chilli, and aloo is potato. Chilli can be categorized into different types and potato, there's various types as well. What about chilli and potato for this Chilli Aloo/Chilli Potato, aka, spicy fried potato? Dried chillies and use the normal potatoes you normally do (Chicken Curry Potato & Aloo Gobi). The cooking technic to Chilli Aloo. Like what? Like the usual stir frying (Brinjal Stir Fry Curried Tamarind Ladies Fingers/Bendi). Chilli Aloo. The potato love for every other potato lover.

Brinjal Stir-Fry

Brinjal? Gotto be a favourite in most households. For a matter of fact, for us Indians? I don't know about you, brinjal is quite favouble in my house. Any which way (Curried Ladies Fingers) and this Brinjal Stir-Fry? A Malaysian Indian style and pretty much an uncomplicated cooking matter. Sliced brinjals stir fried alongside ikan bilis/ anchovies, curry leaves, dried chilli paste, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic. Seriously like? Appetizing right (Kacang Buncis Tempe & Kangkung Belacan)? Oh, for a vegetarian version, do I have to say? Just say no to anchovies.

A dessert you just need to simmer after getting the ingredients and these ingredients are easily available. In hypermarkets. Otherwise, you wouldn't have wasted your time heading to the nearest Chinese Medical Halls and Chinese Medical Halls, there must one within your vicinity? I sure know so. White Fungus Gingko Nut. What a sweet smooth pleasure.

Chilli Honey Clams (Lala)

When you cook clams/lala? Please do soak and rinse clams as many times as possible. Otherwise? I made the mistake before and instead of eating the clam dish, I had to threw away. Why? Soil and what not from clams in the dish. Quite a disgusting matter of cooking of mine actually. I thought I might as well tell you if you are going to be a first timer to cooking clam. Subsequently, what do we do with clams for this Chilli Honey Clams dish? Cook. Yes. Cook. Cook as per the ingredients and method listed below, and cook till clams pop open up. Chilli Honey Clams. Sweet burst, salty burst and spicy burst in one (Honey Chilli Chicken).

Cooked before or tasted before? Prawn And Spinach Sodhi? Somewhat a brother, or sister or cousin of Plain Sodhi, yet obviously, prawns and spinach in this Indian Coconut Milk Kulambu/Gravy. Fried Shrimp Wontons

The parceled and filled with minced prawns crispy fried, Fried Shrimp Wontons. Of course, Wantons on the whole is a Chinese snack, or a dim sum item or can be an accompanied for rice (Chinese Chicken Meatball Soup). May be quite a thing actually, if you are like me a first timer to making. Then again, nothing is impossible trust me. I did it. I am sure you will (Chap Chai, Chick Kut Teh, Yam BasketFried Lotus Roots Chips & Chinese Black Vinegar Chicken). For a matter of fact, if  you follow this recipe of mine. Fried Prawn Wontons. Get crunching once Fried Shrimp Wontons are out of the frying pan. Perhaps, some chilli sauce will be good as well for dipping?

Tamarind Prawn Curry

Tamarind Prawn Curry. The Indian style to a spicy, tangy and aromatic prawn curry. In fact, for a matter of fact, cleaning prawns is not my favorite thing in my kitchen (Devilled Prawns), but I guess when you have decided to cook a prawn dish, you gotto do it? Not a regularly though. Prawns by far for us only comes into our food picture, let's say every one month once most probably (Sambal Udang).
