I maybe be assuming or it could be somewhat true that, you must be asking if life coach Nava K a big fan of Safi Rania Gold Brand (Safi Rania Gold Youthful Radiance Face Mask)? Am I? Honestly, I myself am not really sure. Not being sure, by the way, believe me, is perfectly okay because there are possibilities we may not be sure about everything all the time? After all, in this case of mine, it's just a matter of preference for a certain brand (Safi Rania Gold Beetox Scrub) and not mind over matter, mind breaking matter in life? Still, one thing is possibly certain if I am to speak about Safi Rania Gold brand. A brand sort of like a magnetic force for drawing my attention each time I am at the pharmacy (Safi Ranis Gold Eye Contour Cream & Safi Rania Gold Scrub). At the pharmacy for picking up a skin care product and not because I am one of those who indulge in retail therapy for no apparent reason.

There’s definitely a beauty story behind this BIO-ESSENCE, Bio-Bounce Bird’s Nest Collagen Essence Cream. But I am not sure if it will sound like an intriguing story to your ears and eye sight or you are going judge me due to my silliness or let's say mistake. What's the story are you asking me right now? Goes like this. I was at the pharmacy looking for a night cream because the one I have been using is coming to an end. In other words, I had to replenish my night cream (Olay Total Effects Night Cream) and at the pharmacy, oh-boy, I couldn't be happier there was a beauty promoter who recommended and suggested this collagen essence cream from Bio-Bounce Bird’s Nest range (Bio Essence Gold Platinum Dual Eye Essence & Bio Essence Bio Water Jelly Make Up Remover). Sounded convincing and I didn't mind paying RM64.06. However, when I returned home, I was rather confused because I specifically mentioned I want a night cream. Don't know what when wrong where and after like the first 5 minutes, I myself concluded that most probably BIO-ESSENCE Bio-Bounce Collagen Essence Cream is actually a dual cream. Meaning, you can use it during the day and at night as well. The best logical reasoning I suppose? Whatever, I went ahead and its been almost a month now since BIO-ESSENCE Bio-Bounce Collagen Essence Cream has been touching my skin as a night cream.

What about a question from me to you before anything else? I am sure you won't mind? Right. The question is? Is a scrub in-need, indeed or you have not considered a scrub yet or scrub is one of it as part of your beauty care? Beauties, listen to me please. A scrub is in-need if you are asking me. Yes. You need a scrub. Why? Potentially for your once a week scrubbing which you should include in your home facial beauty care for getting rid of your accumulated dead skin cells. In other words, for exfoliating. For removing impurities and for promoting a smooth, clear and clean complexion. However, I wouldn't dare say that scrub and scrubbing can put back or pull back your youthfulness. Instead, I think the logic is for maintaining our skin regardless of age and gender. Of course, men can scrub as well. Who said no? Not me. Not me. Scrubbing by far as I have already told you is once a week especially if your skin is sensitive as mine or maybe most to most twice a week. That too if your skin is receptive. Anything more than that? Personally, I won't encourage because over-scrubbing can have an adverse effect on our skin and for those of you who are struggling with acne, I wouldn't even dare to suggest unless and until you know it for sure for yourself.

Did I put a full stop? Did I stop with just one Clinique product (Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm)? Obviously, I have already given you the clue right? Oh-yes, I added another two into my beauty bag. Clinique All About Eyes Cream and Clinique Liquid Face Wash. Yes I did. Are you asking me why? To tell you the truth, I am one person who don’t’ like the idea of walking the walk in shopping malls for no apparent reason, nor for picking up only one product. Money for driving and parking is cost as well and my time is precious too because I have better things to do instead of spending my time in shopping malls. Maybe you don't understand or you are under the impression I am a miser or stinginess is my middle name. Well then, I suggest you wait till reality sets in once age has caught up on you? When you will realise every single dollar spend and every minute of your time will add other qualities and values in your life. Exactly? Buying ahead mind you is no lost, though you have to cough out money in a bigger sum or the best deal is the sales deal for your cutting edge throughout the years beauty cost. Clinique Liquid Face Wash is yet to be tested, whereas Clinique All About Eyes Cream is already my eye beauty care for the last three months.

God! I hate it. I hate it when people preach inside beauty of ours is more relevant compared to our outside beauty. Are you kidding me? Are you agreeing to this, what the hack, one hack of a confusing within inside us hack of a beauty statement? You actually believe it? Beats me why. Can you for once, for my sake, for once stop believing the wise cracks who keep harping on prettiness inside. As if we really don't know people actually, yes they do, judge us by our outside beauty? As if we don't know our face persona is a matter of relevance for every opportunity, for love, for friendship and for our own beauty happiness? Of course. Stop doubting yourself. Our face is without a doubt the first attraction. The first thing people notice even before nothing more, nothing less. Listen. I am not saying we must look drop dead gorgeous, but potentially a clean and clear skin says a lot about the person we are. Doesn’t it say we take charge of ourselves? Absolutely. Nevertheless, the choice by right, by your birth right, by far is yours. If you prefer to look run down, shabby and beauty unruly, by all means, go ahead. Who am I, neither do I want or should I decide on your behalf? Whether you prefer to look beauty tattered or you want to keep it going by putting effort in looking presentable, its up to you.

For all the sulking and literally regretting why I came over to Sunway Pyramid (Ten Years Sunway Pyramid), did I return home immediately? Honestly, so close I was, but guess where I ended? Can you guess? Nevermind if you can't. I'll just spill it out. The hidden beauty queen in me pushed and wrestled me into Guardian Pharmacy. I gave in. I simply couldn’t resist this akin beauty school or university beauty stores and pharmacies (Clinelle Caviar Gold Mask & Artdeco Lip Brillance). What you want me to do? Beauty product temptation is one of the worst enemies within me (Watsons Blood Orange Shower Gel). Even at my age of 52. Is it something I should be proud of? Of course. Why not? Sky is definitely not the limit for beauty, consequently, no matter whatever age we are, we should bang crash the glass ceiling for beauty conquering.

Body beautiful! Work that body of yours please. All of you please. Male and female please. Wanna know why? Because keeping fit is undeniably is the major attraction on social media. And ladies, can you for once stop lying to yourself that you don’t envy or wish for a slim fit body, and you men, I think you might as well stop pretending that you don’t body lust body beautiful women, or even men (ahem!). Having said that, in any case or all your body pillow cases, the reality bullet to body beautiful is not as simple as we perceive or yearn for. We Malaysians, tell me about it, we just so love food. Food is all we think of all the time, even funerals these days are a food galore (Restoran Meng Kee Old Klang Road). Food indeed is the biggest temptation. I admit I can be a piggy pig. I love eating. So, I can pretty much understand why keeping our weight is not as simple as we preach? Unless of course for those who eat, as well as work the body of theirs.

Time just flew by. It did. In the air I have been breathing. Polluted air, indeed, environment is already disastered, thanks to my educated, rich and famed neighbours for walking their dogs on my outside herb garden, also, for allowing their cats to poo in my compound and for throwing rubbish anywhere they like, at their own whims and fancies. So called high end neighborhood but resided by low mentality people, I actually should be grateful I am alive despite breathing polluted air. Maybe, its still tolerable, for the time being, compared to trying my utter best in accepting the fact that four years had passed by at the glimpse of my eyes since I gave up my full time job. Then again, if I didn't let go of my career I was absolutely passionate about, can you imagine what would have been the outcome? Polluted air, coupled with working at work, working from home, working during weekends, literally work ruling and ruining my health? Actually, come to think of it, I should count my blessings. I had a choice to hack aside my job instead of being among those whose can't. Those who work because they want to step and kill each other for promotion, those who work to support their high and might lifestyle or those who have to work for family commitments. Thank god, I am spared.

Calling all ladies in my age group of 50’s. Where are you ladies? Can you hear me? Thank you for echoing. How about we start by interacting a bit instead of the standard norm of me talking and you listening? Can? Thank you again. Question time please. What do you think of a night cream, do you think it should stand or sit on our dressing table? If you are asking me, honestly, so far I’ve only used just one and only night cream for my 52 year old skin (L'oreal White Perfect Night Cream). That too been quite a while. But I know that night cream is a quintessential beauty keeper once we hit the 50's road (Indian Fashion Trends For Ladies In Their 50's). Common sense I think in return will tell that day cream and night cream are formulated differently. Obviously for different purposes right? Of course.

Okay. So, we’ve already lengthily discussed on sparkling, nourishing and possibly kicking-back-and-away dark circles and fine lines you should know from where. Are you now asking me from where? Stop-it please. Stop playing devil's advocate for the sake of testing my common sense. Common sense I know is not common anymore on social media, I'm still fine on that account. Lemme be clear here. Even if you are telling me you are least bothered about keeping eyes wide alert in your 50’s or my 50’s, or you are shy to admit you have not showered eyes with TLC (tender loving care) for the longest time, I still won’t give up on you. I’ll still patiently advice everyone. Giving up is so easy right? I know. But remember, never ever give up on your eyes. Never because eyes are the visionary vision to our broad spectrum and mind you, people do visualize us through their eyes to ours (Lóreal Revitalift Eye Cream).

I wish. I sincerely wish I can keep it simple for my weekly beauty routine. Simple in the sense that I don’t have to invest in “above my budget” eye masks to treat my under eye dark circles. But as I have said before, if not all, some affordable ones (Skinlite Cooling Cucumber Pads & Body Reviver Duo) don’t do much justice. Obviously, because I am not a sweet young thing anymore, as much I like to, I can't stop the aging process and more importantly, I am among the many who struggle with sleeping and coming with it stress. Not making it any easier is the hours in front of the laptop which definitely has taken a toll on my appearance. However, all is not the end of the road. Caring for my overall beauty is still a priority. Point blank said, I want to look good for my age.

Hello all you great people,
For the next 5 minutes, let's say at least, can we forget about beautifying our face? Instead can we pay attention to our feet and heels which I think we tend to neglect (Ellgy Plus Cracked Heel Cream & DU'IT Foot And Heel Balm Plus)? Am I right or I am wrong? Does it ring the bell? We conveniently ignore the wear and tear of our soles? Mind you, our soles, the foundation to our mobility and our stronghold fort support, supporting our whole body for walking us wherever we want to or have to. To those of you who have been taking care of your feet, well and good. Well done. Millions of claps from me to you. But the rest of you, fret not. Its not the end of the world yet. We can still start somewhere. I am no feet angel by the way. Years of, lemme me conveniently blame it on my ignorance, laugh if you have to on my silly excuse, only two years back I realise I better do something. Otherwise, most probably, I may end up paying the doctor instead. Right now, lemme tell you where you can start. Indeed, obviously, a feet cream and Rosken Skin Repair Feet & Heel Balm (RM22.88), packaged in an opaque white plastic tube with a twistable cap is my latest discovery for the last one month or so.

I agree. I must in fact. Age is just a number. I also really must agree that age shouldn't be an excuse for us for not striving positively in life. Neither, should we behave as though its the end of the road for whatever we wanna achieve? Nooo!! But the real reality we should accept is that age will definitely take a toll on our looks. It will, can you trust me please? Age by far, as far as I know, undeniably can run down your beauty. It will. Still, my question to all of you is, must we speed up? Must we let go of ourselves or pretty much, allow age to walk over us? We giving up by not doing anything? Of course not. Listen. I know we can't possibly turn back the clock to back then even 5 years ago, yet, there is such a thing as aging gracefully and looking good for our age. Yes please. Yes, and yes and yes. All the yesses please.

Its still tricky and eye boggling as ever till this day in combating, mainly the dark circles around my peepers. Maybe its age as well, or even my lifestyle, my lifestyle of staring at the laptop day in day out and also my non-raging hormones, I wish, I sincerely do, I can keep my peepers as attractive as easily perceived. But the reality is otherwise. Indeed. Then again, having said that, I have not given up. Never say die or fight till your last drop of your beauty blood will always be my lifetime eye beauty mission. An eye cream, no matter what, is a must for all of us ladies. Whether you are young or old, please do not take your eyes for granted. For me personally, an eye cream without a doubt is important for harnessing my eye area. I am by the way already 51, eye cream for me is an absolute must twice a day. Yes ladies, twice a day. Whether you prefer the high end brands or as per your budget (MAC Moisture Eye Cream & La Colline Eye Mask). I, to tell you the truth, I have already tested and tried countless types of eye creams throughout the many years. Maybe its been my perception that paying more means I am automatically satisfied, nevertheless, like I always says, why should we not give our eyes a chance to other affordable products, in addition to not looking any further but within our Made In Malaysia products (Safi Rania Gold Face Scrub). Take this Safi Rania Gold Eye Contour Cream as an example, priced at a round figure of RM20.00. Initially, I admit I was in many doubts if I should buy. Basically, I was in two minds. But once reality kicked in, I told myself what the hack. I must try.

Officially, this Garnier Light Lightening Peel Off Mask is the first ever entry of a face beauty mask in my precious space of nava-k, albeit I have, from time to time been constantly testing out all sorts of masks. Back then, when I was in my twenties till forties, I was accustomed to those creamy or sticky gel masks that are packaged in quite huge tubes or tubs. These were the popular and easily available ones I picked up at pharmacies or drug stores. Affordable as well, and mind you, they can last for more than six months, maybe even more if you use once a week. These masks somehow have taken a back step, though they are still available, nonetheless, with the vast constant and continuous push and pull marketing critical success factors in the beauty industry, we now really don't have to stick to those conventional masks. No, we don't have to, neither I am complaining. In fact, I can't be more than anything else be elated.

It's always been my face and seldom my feet. Perhaps once a upon a time, I did diligently apply foot cream when crises struck, thereafter I have conveniently forgotten about feet caring routine. Sadly too, even when I lotion my body, I literally wouldn't care for my feet. Maybe, could be or should be because bending down or lifting my feet up seeming does trouble me. Anyway, cracks and dryness were still under control until recently, for the last six months or so. Well, I'm assuming it must be, due to hormonal imbalance symptom, lack of moisture, wearing shoes that exposed my heels and water over exposure. So, I wasn't shell shocked that my feet were screaming and crying for attention. I had to do something. That something took me to the pharmacy, between the limited choices, I opted for Ellgy mainly because its a familiar brand.

Sometimes it is just perception, I believe so, that imported expensive skincare products are far better compared to going local or maybe, I'm just saying, we just don't want to give ourselves a chance to local products. To a certain extent, mind you, I was stuck with the same mentality. In fact I admit that I was still unsure if I made the right decision in buying this "Made In Malaysia" scrub. Then again, there has been instances even imported products didn't go down well on my skin. Anyway, because I had to quickly replenish a face scrub (Himalaya Apricot Scrub), I didn't hesitate paying around RM15.00 for Safi Rania Gold Face Scrub. For that price, if it does not work, I am sure I can polish off dead skin cells from my body.
