3 cups cooked white rice
1/2 portion (abt 200g) green coral lettuce (any other you can find) - sliced
8 garlic - chopped
2 stalks spring onions - sliced into large pieces
4 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
When oil is heated, fry the prawns until crispy and dark brown in color.
Add the garlic and continue to stir for another 2-3 mins.
Put in the rice and salt to taste. Continue to fry to to mix all in.
Goes in the lettuce leaves and spring onions.
Stir very quickly and remove from heat to be served.
