Ingredients for Spam Fried Rice
2 cups cooked leftover Basmati rice
2 handful spam - sliced into short batons
8 garlic - remove skin and roughly smashed
2 eggs
A handful mugwort (or spring onions/coriander
leaves)
3 tbsp oil
Salt & crushed black pepper to taste
How to Make Spam Fried Rice
Heat oil, and fry spam till light crispy
on both sides.
Add garlic, quickly stir in.
Push spam and garlic aside, break eggs in
the center.
Add rice, salt and pepper.
Stir all in quickly.
Off the heat, add the herb and give a couple of stirs.
