Sometimes, the best recipes are the easiest. This guide shows you how to make turmeric eggs with minimal effort, producing eggs with attractive, golden hue, natural patterns (MORINGA LEAVES STIR-FRIED).

How to Make Turmeric Eggs

Pound some fresh turmeric and add it to boiling water along with the number of eggs you want to cook.

Once the eggs are cooked, remove them carefully (they’re hot and slippery at first).

Crack the shells gently on a surface.

Put back the eggs into the cooled turmeric water.

Let the eggs sit in the turmeric water for about 20 minutes.

This soaking gives them the distinctive, natural turmeric patterns.

Peel the eggs.

You can add a pinch of salt to the turmeric water if you like.

But even without it, these eggs remain nutritious and tasty.
