Bharat Spice: Indian Cuisine Flavors and Experiences in Kota Kemuning
Yet
another Sunday dedicated to our food explorations, and this time, we stayed
local in Kota Kemuning (Asian Fusion Seafood & Kalyana Virunthu Cafe). Our destination was the recently opened "Bharat
Spice," a fresh addition that has taken over the space formerly known as
Saffron Spice. Surprisingly, not much has changed - the ambiance retains its
familiar feel, and even the menu seems to be a recycled version of the one from
Saffron Spice.
As the first two customers, with another
patron awaiting their takeaway, the menu was presented promptly. However, my
partner found himself in a prolonged debate on what to order, leaving me in
suspense for nearly 15 minutes. I had to intervene gently to remind him to
decide. Eventually, we opted for Mutton Dum Biryani (RM28.90), accompanied by a
side of Pani Puri (RM10.00). For beverages, we settled on plain water (RM1.00).
