Instead of getting your tongue twisted by addressing me by the name given by my mummy dearest, you can call me Ms. Nava Krishnan, or even better, Ms.Nava. As how I’m fondly known by my students for almost 25 years in the education industry. Having stepped out from the corporate world, I have now found my zen in putting ‘Nava’s Zen’ together. A home-based "Holistic Wellness" Centre located in my proud “Mother Earth & Father Earth” land, Kota Kemuning, Selangor, Malaysia. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, amidst the quiet double-story neighbourhood. Providing you, rest assured- ample space to breathe. It’s a place of serenity, tranquillity, and earth radiating wavelengths of energy at the façade where plants, vegetables, fruits, and edible flowers are grown.
