Ingredients
2 pieces white tofu - pat dry and mash
with a fork.
Thai basil leaves - as needed
Soy sauce (sweet version) - as needed
½ inch ginger - chopped
5 garlic - chopped
Birds eye chillies - chopped (as needed)
4 shallots - chopped.
3 to 4 tbsp peanut oil

Directions
