Stir Fried Oyster Mushrooms

I'm not sure. In fact, I am rather confused about, what is healthy cooking for healthy living. Seriously guys,  I can't comprehend and I really don't know how should I go about explaining healthy cooking and healthy eating (Moringa/Drumstick Leaves Stir Fried). For me personally, I eat anything. Anything in other words, everything in moderation and I do, from time to time, indulge in sinful guilty food pleasures. Of course, not gawking those heavy duty rich food daily, but when the craving kicks in. I am really fine. No guilty feeling due to me not the pigging out kinda and me exercising regularly. Still, trust me, controlling my weight and also, avoiding tiredness, body pain and headache which every now and then can literally pull me down? Not an easy feat for Nava K who is 54, going 55.

Of course, potentially, when we speak about healthy food on the whole? Yes, home cooked meals in our clean environment and apart from us practicing the profound theory of healthy living by including lotsa vegetables (Mixed Vegetable SoupKerabu Taugeh & Vegan Tom Yum Soup) and fruits, let's put a limit to salt, sugar, oil and red meat. Oh, the other, as if you don't know, is, drinking unlimited amount of water and another healthy mantra of mine is, no late meals before hopping into bed. Otherwise, why shouldn't we eat what we like or treat ourselves to any kinda food every now and then? Now, speaking about healthy cooking, I believe, this recipe of mine? Stir Fried Oyster Mushrooms (Oyster Mushroom Curry). Indeed, an absolute, low calorie, healthy Chinese style vegetarian dish (Chinese Vegetable Noodle Soup, Tofu Manchurian, Yam Basket & Vegetarian Mee Hoon). Basically, Chinese and vegetarianism, and cooked in a jiffy and you just need minimal ingredients. Stir Fried Oyster Mushroom. Simplicity in its simplest form, yet, a wondrous, satisfying and delightful healthy food happiness. Whatever said, at the end of it all, I sincerely must agree that staying healthy should be our priority. Let alone not only in terms of the food we eat, but in every other healthiness is our condition.
