Ingredients
3 ripe bananas - mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg - beaten
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Method
Mix butter and mashed bananas.
Into the mixture, mix/gently whisk sugar, egg and vanilla.
Sprinkle baking soda and salt.
Stir and then fold in flour.
Bake at 175C for an hour or until cake is cooked.
