(as per taste)
Mint Leaves (lightly crushed)
Basil Seeds (soaked in water for an hour and gently rinsed)
Ice cubes (if needed)
Dilute honey in water.
Add into a punch bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Stir all together.
Pour into a glass and add some ice-cubes or
serve at room temperature.

Refreshing drink, love the basil seeds seeping all over the glass!! Sore throat, then lemon is the cure , also you can gargle luke warm water with a little salt, that helps too! Hope smog goes away soon! Human beings are the killers of environment for sure..ReplyDelete

Moon Cho - I only know of one type of basil seeds, the tiny black ones. I am not sure on the other varieties but if you don't mind, you can try with them.
