300g water melon - cut into small cubes
1/4 cucumber - remove seeds and cut into small cubes
4-5 sprigs of mint leaves - lightly shredded/crushed
3-4 shallots - slice thinly
1 green chilli - slice thinly
1-2 red/birds eye chilies - slice thinly
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
Toss all the ingredients together before serving.
