Bean Sprouts With Salted Fish

Bean Sprouts with Salted Fish. The quickly stir fried style and salted fish, remember, I have already told you (Pineapple Salted Fish Curry, Pumpkin Salted Fish Curry, Salted Fish Mango Sambal, Pada Salt Fish & Salted Fish Pickle)? Salted Fish. Like the Midas touch for bean sprouts with salted fish? I have nothing further to say (Kacang Buncis Tempe, Tofu Green Beans, Four Angled Beans, Beans Thoran & Red Cabbage Thoran).

Ingredients
400g (about 12 packet) bean sprouts - cleaned
30g(one small flat piece) thread fin/kurau salt fish - soaked in water for 10 mins and cubed.
1 packet brown firm taufu - sliced
5 garlic - chopped
1 red chilli - remove seeds and sliced thinly
2 stalks spring onion - sliced into 1 inch length
3 tbsp oil
Salt for taste

Method:
In heated oil, fry salted fish till crunchy and crispy.
Remove and keep aside.
In the same oil, sauté garlic.
Add the rest of the ingredients except fried fish.
Quickly stir over high heat for a couple of minutes.
Combine in fried fish and dish out.
