Bean Sprouts With Salted Fish

Food happiness for me personally is sincerely a tiny touch of saltiness on my mouth and throat. Remember, I have prior told you (Pineapple Salted Fish Curry, Pumpkin Salted Fish Curry, Salted Fish Mango Sambal, Pada Salt Fish & Salted Fish Pickle)? The typical Malaysian me and the typical as well for other Malaysians (Anchovies Long Beans Fried Rice, Anchovies Fried Mee Hoon & Brinjal Anchovies Stir Fried)? You tell me Malaysians. A tiny portion of salted fish trust me, indeed is a magic wonder for bean sprouts. Utterly. Believe me you. Quickly stir fried, fried in a jiffy and fried quickly over high heat for retaining beans sprouts crunchiness, make sure you also get all the ingredients on standby prior to frying this, no nonsense like me  (ahem!) Bean Sprouts With Salted Fish. Simplicity speaks louder too, I bet you won't regret replicating. Hail it foodies. Make it. Devour into it (Kacang Buncis Tempe, Tofu Green Beans, Four Angled Beans, Beans Thoran & Red Cabbage Thoran).

400g (about 12 packet) bean sprouts - cleaned
30g(one small flat piece) thread fin/kurau salt fish - soaked in water for 10 mins and cubed.
1 packet brown firm taufu - sliced
5 garlic - chopped
1 red chilli - remove seeds and sliced thinly
2 stalks spring onion - sliced into 1 inch length
3 tbsp oil
Salt for taste
