Grilled Chicken Wings

Are we ready ladies and gentlemen for another grilling cooking technic? I bet you have no qualms right? Grilling by far is definitely and sincerely healthier compared to frying. Grilling too can be done over portable stove top grilling pan. Remember I have already told you before (Grilled SalmonGrilled Fish Stuffed With SambalGrilled Fish In Banana Leaf & Otak Otak/Grilled Fish Paste)? But today, its the grilling in the oven. Fortunately or unfortunately. If you don't own an oven, go ahead and fry. Chicken Wings (Cashew Masala Chicken) on the other hand has already been labelled as unhealthiness, yet if you are asking me, won't you agree that anything every now and then or once a while is fine? In fact, chicken wings are my fav. Marinated with honey (Honey Chilli Chicken) and chilli powder, these are the charred on the outside, and succulent and juicy on the inside Grilled Chicken Wings.

Ingredients
5 chicken wings - cut into two, at the thick part.
1 tsp honey (more or less)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder flakes
Oil for greasing baking pan/tray
Salt for taste

Method
Marinate wings with all the ingredient (except oil) for at least 4 hours.
After that, grease baking tray with oil.
Place wings atop,
Bake/grill for about 40 mins, until cooked and the skin is crispy-charred
(Note: in between, turn wings to evenly cook on both sides).

  1. That looks delicious! I'm like you - sometimes I can't help myself when it comes to wings. I've been working up a recipe for grilled chicken wings, too! Brilliant minds think a like - however, I traded the recipe for leg quarters... They should be on the blog within the next week!
