Ingredients
400g chicken (cut into bite sizes)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp plain chilli powder (or as you prefer)
1 large onion - slice
3 sprigs curry leaves
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except onion and curry leaves for at least 4 hours. In heated oil, saute onion and curry leaves.
Add marinated chicken, stir, pour 1/4 cup of water and simmer.
Stir and cook till chicken is tender and gravy thickens up.
Remove from heat.
