2 cups rice (wash and drain)
2 red chillies (cut into 4 pieces)
1 medium size onion (slice thinly)
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tsbp oil
3 cups water
Salt for taste
When oil is heated, saute onion, add chillies and cumin seeds. Stir for a minute.
Stir and let it cook, after which fluff up.
