Vegetarian Mee Hoon

A picture I know paints a thousand words. This picture, I'm not sure will quality for the same category. Well, people, I'm aware that these pictures are not at all captivating, but trust me, there's always a start to learning something new, and the start may not necessarily start fantastically. We fumble, we make mistakes, but we know we must continue learning. What say you? Hopefully, with all your blessings and my determination, hopefully, over time, I should, I will and I must, must and must improve on my pictures. Having said that, I must assure you that the taste of this healthy one complete meal, mee hoon fried with black mushrooms, carrot, lotus root, capsicum, garlic and soy sauce is so, so basic, yet so-so close to perfection. 1/4 packet mee hoon (blanch to soften)
4-5 black mushrooms
1/2 carrot
1/2 lotus root
1/2 capsicum
(these veges to be shredded or sliced thinly)
5-6 garlic (chopped)
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp oil
Salt for taste (use sparingly)

Heat oil and when heated, saute garlic.
Add mee hoon.
Stir for a couple of minutes.
Pour in dark and light sauce and add salt sparingly. 
Stir again. 
Next add veggies and fry all up to combine.
Dish out.
