Drawing inspiration from customers feedback for a lunch menu, Fish & Co recently unveiled a whole new set lunch at its flagship store in Pavilion KL. The launch of the “Lunch Gusto“, offering affordable pricing and menu varieties was attended by 30 famous online influencers, including yours truly. After being greeted by warm and hospitable staff, the event slowly and surely took off as online influencers continued redeeming their free Soup of the Day through #GlobalFishNCo Campaign. In fact, any diner can participate by posting their dining picture at Fish & Co. outlet with the caption of “Hello from Fish & Co. Malaysia!” and #GlobalFishnCo.
We then got to taste the Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken – a perfect fit for health conscious diners or to off-set your hunger, consisting of fresh salad leaves, moist and tender on the inside and charred on the outside chicken and tangy-creamy dressing. Yummilicious!!
The next two dishes we tucked into were the Spaghetti Pomodoro and Vongole Aglio Olio - a must for those who hanker over classic Italian cuisine. Ensuring quality ingredients for authenticity and made with firm to the bite spaghetti, Spaghetti Pomodoro was tossed with the quintessential classic tomato sauce and shiitake mushrooms, and Aglio Olio with white clams and a slightly spicy sauce I loving loved.
Between the “Best Fish & Chips in Town’, the brand’s signature and Grilled Mediterranean Salmon, a tough call for me to decide which should be raved. While fish is the backbone for both of these, each had a class of its own. Fish & Chips – thick batons of crunchy potatoes and batter coated crispy golden fish, paired with the homemade tartar sauce, whereas the later showcased two generous-sized tender-flaky salmon fillet, accompanied with a glorious mix of seasonal vegetables and bright sun-yellow paella rice. I have decided - I will return again for the best in town.
The Seafood Lunch Platter was the next arrival. Hearty and wholesome complete premium meal, the platter comes with buttered-herbs mussels, baked prawns, deep fried calamari, smooth fluffy mashed potatoes and the lemon for the subtle zestiness. At this point, except for pinching into a tiniest portion of the mashed potatoes, cooked to the right texture rice with a burst of sweetness from raisins, and crisp retained colorful veggies, I have surrounded to eating. Washed down with another refill of Passion Fruit Mojito, I sat back and rested for a while, prior to taking a group photo and receiving the Goodie Bag.
Apart from these dishes, you should consider fresh salmon, seabass and more of the premium seafood items from selection of “Premium Meal”, also the Grilled Peri-Peri Chicken with Arctic Fish (best-selling combo so far). Sides of each dish is per choice between Paella Rice, Chips, Homemade Coleslaw, Mashed Potato and Seasonal Vegetables. Every set meal comes with a choice of drinks. This new lunch menu is now available every weekday until 5 pm at 5 selected outlets – Pavilion KL, Paradigm Mall, Main Place @ USJ 21, IOI City Mall and The Mines Shopping Mall.Thank you Fish & Co
