Murad Blemish Clearing Solution

Though I'm popularly known as a food blogger, I do review beauty products. But sad that none of the beauty companies have ever noticed me. Thanks to Murad for being the first.  Of course I admit I was over excited to be among the beauty bloggers for the launch of Murad's newly improved blemish clearing solution. Quite an experience for feeling out of place. Being with the dolled up sweet young things. Well, I am proud of myself too. I dressed professional and appropriately for my age.

Anyway the staff were really nice for keeping me company. Once the event started, I was glad for coming all the way to I Utama from Shah Alam. To know more about the blemish solution. Scientifically proven to clear current breakouts and help prevent new blemishes from forming. Created to enhance the effectiveness of the company's already award-winning blemish line. Designed to reduce breakouts by targeting and treating blemish-causing bacteria and debris without causing irritation and delivers proven results.
The solution features/benefits:
96% of blemish clearing solution users saw clearer skin in 72 hours.
0.5% salicylic acid and queen of meadow extract work to exfoliate and prevent dead surface skin build-up  while fighting breakouts.
Keeps pores clear of acne- causing debris to control acne and restore clarity.
Tea tree oil purifies and improves skin by normalizing to cell renewal process.
Vitamin blend soothes skin and supports healing and new cell growth while offering antioxidant protection.

To use, massage evenly over clean face, neck and chest. Follow with a Murad Step 3 moisturizer. Available at Murad 1 Utama, Damansara Utama, Empire Shopping Gallery, Isetan KLCC and Isetan Lot 10 at RM198.00 for 50ml.
Apart from the product briefing and demonstration by Ms. Chion, education manager, Ms Tin Yen, marketing manager spoke on how to keep skin clear and what causes blemish. Then testimonial sharing by Mr. Sharkawi Salehuddin, brand advocate.

I was given a set of the blemish range. But haven't tried for its only been a week now. Certainly the clarifying mask will do good for blackheads. Pretty bad on my nose. Let me try first and write a review later one.

I then tested two of Murad's best sellers - the AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser and Body Firming Cream. Between both, the cleanser was really impressive for I saw the different after trying on my hand. Definitely keeping an eye on it.

Since the traffic on this day was really bad with Malaysians rushing to buy things before the implementation of GST, I didn't want to stay any longer. I thanked the staff and left. Returning again is highly possible. For the quick fix facial and to purchase the cleanser.
