Ice-cream, this is the first recipe though sorbet (tofu honey sorbet, mango gula melaka sorbet and watermelon milk sorbet) I hope you have seen.
To make, the hand skills. The ingredients, just the basic ones. Nescafe (Nescafe walnut tiramisu) I'm assuming you have, otherwise any kind of coffee will do. To make this smooth, creamy and home made version, come follow me now.
1 1/2 cup carton milk
1 tbsp Nescafe (or more or less) - dilute in 1/4 cup of hot water
1 cup yoghurt (any type)
1 cup sugar
Warm milk over low heat, remove and cool down.
Cream eggs and sugar till light and fluffy.
Pour milk bit by bit and continue to cream or whisk.
Add yoghurt and Nescafe.
Now whisk vigorously; by hand or with electric beater.
Pour into a container and freeze.
When half frozen, remove and whisk again.
Continue this process for at least three times.
To serve; add any kind of topping eg; colorful sugar sprinkles and/or roasted peanuts.
