Madame Tussauds - Bangkok, Thailand (Part 2)

I was very excited as I walked into the next section leading to figurines of other popular and prominent people I knew of.  Well, I have not met neither am I sure I will see them in person in the future, so why not be contented standing close and touching the cloned wax look-a-like figures in Madam Tussauds.  Maybe I may get the chance to meet some of the popular people of Malaysia but to tell you the truth, I have never met any of our previous or current Prime Ministers in person before.  I was quite proud that Tun Mahathir is featured in Tussuads.

Among the books displayed on a round table,

I casually flipped the one with the title Malaysia on top and there was our current Prime Minister on the first page.
So how high is my chance in meeting the President of USA and his wife, Barrack Obama and Michelle Obama? Yes I did and stood so close to them in this wax museum.
Next was the Queen of England standing gracefully and elegantly.
Seeing Pavarotti, Albert Ainstein, Lady Diana, Bethoven and shaking their hands is out of the question but they were all here waiting for me.

The next section was even more trilling because I met the sports celebrities, starting with David Beckham

 Tiger Woods
 Chistiano Ronaldo
 Steven Gerrard
Ah, the moment I saw Muhammad Ali, I had flashback of his favorite slogan -  "Fly like a butterfly, sting like a bee".  Those days when Ali was the famous boxing icon, my whole family will be glued to the tv to watch him.

Somewhere close to Ali is Thai boxing champion, Khaosai Galaxy,

followed by Serena Williams

and the tallest player in NBA, Yao Ming.

Hang in there, more in our Part 3 on who else is featured in Madam Tussauds.
