Cauliflower Fritters & Fried Mushroom Rolls), this one is with oyster grey mushrooms, again for the crispy-crunchy munch.Ingredients
200g oyster grey mushrooms - shred into smaller pieces
100g frozen mixed vegetables
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp corn flour
2 stalks spring onions - sliced thinly
Salt and pepper to taste
Water - about 1/2 cup or as needed
Oil for frying
Into a mixing bowl, add all ingredients
Mix to combine these ingredients together.
Pour water bit by bit and and stir/whisk for a thick runny batter/consistency. .
Heat oil and spoon the batter a little at a time inside.
Fry till dark brown in color and drain off excess oil.
Serve while still hot with chilli or any other sauce.
