Mint Mushroom Burger

There are no hard and soft rules to assembling a burger (Soft Rolls). Generally, we tend to associate burger with meat. Chicken patties (Lemongrass Chicken Kebab), pork patties, beef patties, lamb patties (Lamb Burger) or even fish (Grilled Salmon & Dory Fish Sandwich). A vegetarian burger is also absolutely possible, one which you can assemble with even stir fries (Purple Cabbage Stir Fried With Coconut & Mustard Green Masala) raw salad (Cucumber Yogurt Salad) and with or without egg protein packed tofu (Tofu Scrambled Eggs). Additionally, burgers not necessarily must be huge akin a rolly-polly person (Thin Apple Pie). They can be cute and adorable mini burgers that you can daintily pick up and demurely tuck into instead of gawking greedily (Panini Malaysian Style). So, that pretty much sums the intro for this vegetarian mint mushroom burger (Fried Mushroom Rolls). Patties made with button mushrooms, grilled with olive oil and tucked into burger buns alongside vegetables and sauces. This recipe of mine is just a point of start for mushroom burgers, please feel free in adopting, tweeting or modifying to your taste.

  18. Being a carnivour at heart,I like my burgers with beef in it, but after eating Nava's burger, you hardly know it's vegetarian, just like the real thing and very satisfying, upon biting the bun, you're engulfed with all sorts of aroma, from the variety and richness of ingredients used and with each bite it gets more and more satisfying, crunching into the full bodied mushrooms and other chewable stuff, you're eating merrily away and feeling mighty satisfied and sated, exactly how you should feel after a good burger meal, who knew vegetarian could taste this good and gives you such a full feeling, and to think its healthy to boot!

  19. Nice idea and I'm gonna make this, this weekend when my friends come over!!
