Cheng Ho Cultural Museum - Malacca (Malaysia)

Another few more hours in Malacca before returning home, our day started with buffet breakfast in Philea resort (Part 1 & Part 2). Because we took our time in waking up, by the time we walked into the dining area after 9am, not the same dining area as the previous day, most of the food was gone. Left behind just a few local dishes, pastries, fruits and hot and cold drinks, I sure didn't notice any refills. I guess we were basically late. So, no point harping. Then again, come to think of it, buffet should be until 10am? Something when wrong in Philea? I don't know.

While tucking in, we agreed to another trip to Malacca town. So, we took a cab and arrived at Jalan Hang Jebat, mainly to kill time and just then as we walked, we were in front of Cheng Ho Cultural Museum. I went in whereas the couple were not keen. I paid RM10.00 as entrance fees, I sat through a 15 minutes documentary about Ming dynasty Cheng Ho, later free and easy. I mean at you own pace towards the different sections to read and to view the artifacts/exhibits in this one and only museum outside China. Dedicated to the famous admiral Cheng Ho.

45 minutes in Cheng Ho Cultural Museum, I walked out via the akin a lovely rain-forest walk path prior to meeting back with my two friends.
