Tofu Scrambled Eggs

Oh-no, sorry guys, its eggs again today. I couldn't help it. Its been quite a rush with literally everything until I couldn't squeeze in time for marketing. But a meal must be prepared, thank god, as I have already said (Dory Fish Sandwich), all that I sometimes unintentionally say about my other half-half and his type of food, I sometimes must count my blessings because he is trigger happy with bread and a side dish like tofu scrambled eggs. Eggy story I have also already told you (Bean Sprout Omelette, Egg Vindaloo, Egg Green Chilli Curry & Egg Rasam), airtight sealed tofu is another savior of mine (Spicy Tofu Curry & French Beans Tofu) when I need to whip a dish within a short time. I really got to go followers of "cook with nava-k", have a look at this dish. Tofu scrambled with eggs, red capsicum, onion and spring onion

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 red capsicum - remove seeds and cubed into small pieces
1 white firm tofu - cubed into small pieces
1 (about 80g) onion - chopped
2 sprigs spring onion - sliced thinly
2 tbsp of oil
Salt and pepper for taste

Method:
Lightly fry tofu on both sided in heated oil.
Remove and keep aside.
Into the same oil, saute onion.

  6. Well said! colors do bring meaning to your life. And in cooking also I think of colors.
I combine my tofu with other things as I do not like the taste of it on its own. Tofu scrambled eggs is the perfect dish for me.
