Knickers designed to be worn under tight trousers and clingy dresses

It can be the most eye-catching part of a woman’s outfit – but for all the wrong reasons. Now the dreaded visible panty line, or VPL, could become a thing of the past thanks to knickers specially designed to be worn under clingy summer dresses and tight trousers. But unlike traditional big briefs – which give no VPL but can resemble the unattractive flesh-coloured briefs sported by Bridget Jones – the lacy underwear looks good when the dress is off, too.

Bitter Gourd And Capsicum Stir Fried in Gingko Nuts

Side dish is must at home especially when rice is being served, with at least one veg  included. This bitter gourd recipe was one of it that I made for a lunch meal.  Bitter gourd is under rated due to its bitter properties. However if cooked in the correct manner it can be tasty, favorable and easy to digest. I gave this recipe a twist with adding in capsicum, gingko nuts and as well as flavors from sesame oil and Chinese wine.

The £170 dress that can be worn 10 ways

Lauren Paxman writes about an awesome new dress available: Now Vanessa Knox has created the one-stop solution to any sartorial crisis, a dress that can be worn ten ways. The £170 Anastasia jersey dress transforms just by moving the neck opening and playing around with the sleeves.

Vanessa writes: 'Casual office attire can be twisted and tucked to form a sophisticated and dramatic evening silhouette.' The adaptability of the Anastasia dress makes it perfect for holidays and it is available in heather grey, bright peony and black so will suit any skin tone. The secret to getting so much out of one dress is using the extra-long sleeves in a variety of ways. For some styles they are tied behind the head to make a halterneck, for others they are tied around the waist to make a sash or belt effect.
Versatile: The Anastasia dress is worn as a halterneck with the sleeves tied around the model's neck
