3 (about 400g) potatoes - boiled, cut into medium size cubes and deep fry with the skin on
I bunch spinach - remove roots, cut into pieces and simmer with water till soft and mushy.
1 tbsp cumin seeds
6 shallots - sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp oil
Salt for taste
Heat oil and saute shallots.
Add cumin seeds and let it splatter.
Put in the rest of the ingredients.
Stir well and dish out.
