Old Town Coffee (Subang Avenue, Subang Jaya)

A year ago I eat at Old Town Coffee Kota Kemuning. That that was about it until I returned again to the Subang Avenue outlet for a discussion, mainly for the free wifi connection - precisely why my friend suggested this kopitiam.

When we arrived, all the tables on the ground floor were already taken up. Anyway, since we wanted some privacy, we too preferred seating upstairs. While looking at the menu, we connected our laptops to the wifi. Thereafter placed our orders.

My friend at once picked up the Nasi Lemak - his all time favorite and a must each time he returns to any Old Town outlets. With it was the Morocha White Coffee whereas I opted for curry mee and orange fizzy float.
Nasi lemak came with coconut flavoured rice, fried chicken, boiled egg papadam and other usual condiments - fried peanuts, fried anchovies and sambal. True enough he loved it and reaffirmed that its one of the best. I listened and I was convinced because nothing was left behind.
The Mocha White Coffee seem his fav too, not sure why because he only kept saying that it's nice, nice and nice.
My curry mee was delicious too though was a bit cold - something that put me off because I like piping hot. Still I didn't regret ordering. Definitely the whole dish was well packed up with the essentials - noodles, tofu, fish cakes and bean sprouts which worked well for decent meal.
The Orange Fizzy Float was heavenly - soothing and cooling to chill my throat after the curry laksa. We continued with our discussion and within 1 hour, we left after paying RM29.50.

  1. Nava...that looks like a wonderful lunch you shared with your friend. Especially those drinks! I think both looked equally good! (Though I think I would have chosen the Orange Fizzy Float, too!) Thanks for your Thanksgiving wishes today and I hope you have a really wonderful day for yourself! : )
