2 pieces white firm tofu
1 red chilli - sliced thinly
1 green chilli - sliced thinly
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
Spring onions for garnishing - sliced
Steam tofu, just for 2 or 3 minutes to soften.
Drizzle oyster sauce, soy sauce and olive oil all over
Sprinkle chillies and spring onions on top.
