Ingredients
For Potato Balls
3 (about 400g) potatoes - simmered, remove skin and mashed
1 large (about 120g) onion - chopped
1 tsp turmeric/kunyit powder
1 tbsp chilli flakes
2 stalks coriander leaves - chopped
1 egg - beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Salt for taste
Oil for frying
For The Mint Sauce
70g (2 cups) mint leaves
2 stalks coriander leaves
1/2 inch ginger
4 green chillies
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
For the Potato Rolls
Add all ingredients except egg and bread crumbs into a mixing bowl.
Mix and combine in.
Shape into small rolls, dip into egg and coat all over with bread crumbs.
Deep fry and drain excess oil.
For the Mint Sauce
Process/blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
