Bean Sprouts And Salted Fish Stir-Fried

Bean Sprouts? Grow them, otherwise, you shouldn't waste your time. Bean sprouts are rather affordable, really, believe me you. We Malaysians of course love sprouts, which possibly is a good choice for a stir fry, and then, stir fry by far is a side dish (Prawn FrittersCurry Leaves Valakkai PoriyalPurple Cabbage Stir FriedLemongrass Chilli Potatoes & French Beans Stir Fried with Tofu And Squid), generally, or must be paired with rice (Nasi Dagang/Trading Rice). Rice? Of course, our Malaysian pride and joy daily staple, rice is the biggest joy for me, I won't mind either a noodle dish every now and then (Mee Rojak Vegetarian). Today, ladies and gentlemen, let me show you my way to a bean sprouts stir fry/side dish. bean sprouts. Fried alongside salted fish (Pumpkin And Salted Fish Curry). Quickly stir fried over high heat to retain crunchiness, bean sprouts and salted fish stir fried is a no-nonsense like me (ahem!!). Simplicity speaks louder too, its a melting wok of good stuff, I bet you won't regret replicating. Hail it foodies. Make it, devour into it. Yum love.

Ingredients
400g (about 12 packet) bean sprouts - cleaned
30g(one small flat piece) thread fin/kurau salt fish - soaked in water for 10 mins and cubed.
1 packet brown firm taufu - sliced
5 garlic - chopped
1 red chilli - remove seeds and sliced thinly
2 stalks spring onion - sliced into 1 inch length
