Grilled Spicy Prawns

The return of prawns today ladies and gentlemen. I bring you another prawn dish today. Obviously also, a grilled style to cooking (Grilled Fish In Banana Leaf & Grilled Salmon). Grilled Spicy Prawns (Devilled Prawns, Sambal Prawns, Prawn Mee & Tamarind Prawn Curry) basically is a simple dish. A couple of ingredients as listed below,  nothing no really out of this world ingredients and perhaps you already have them in your, I'm assuming in your pantry as well. Of course, the core ingredient is none, but fresh prawns. Cleaning prawns (Fried Shrimp Wantons, Prawn Spinach Sodhi, Kam Heong Prawns & Bitter Gourd Prawn Curry) by the way is a hell hack chore for me. Nevertheless, I think if its a once a while affair, I do good. Grilled over, portable over the stove grilling pan, otherwise, feel free for oven grilling or BBQ pit grilling, Grilled Spicy Prawns definitely can be an appreciated side dish or accompaniment to whatever you have in mind for pairing. My take was alongside rice, zucchini and some chilli sauce for another kick of spiciness. The choice is yours foodies, but possibly you should give a go to these juicy, succulent and tad bit of spiciness grilled prawns. Take care everyone. I got to go.

Ingredients (A)
150g medium size prawns - de-vein and leave the tail on
1 tsp ginger paste (or ginger powder)
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Salt for taste

Serve with (optional)
Cooked white rice
Zucchini slices
Chilli sauce

Method
Mix prawns with the ingredients listed in A.
Marinate and leave in the fridge for an hour.
Next, heat a nonstick portable grill, drizzle olive oil in and grill prawns on both sides to cook.
Enjoy these grilled prawns just like that or with rice, zucchini and chili sauce.

  2. This is my kind of seafood dish, simple but flavourful enough not to overpower the flavours of the prawns
