1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Salt for taste

Mix prawns with the ingredients listed in A.
Marinate and leave in the fridge for an hour.
Next, heat a nonstick portable grill, drizzle olive oil in and grill prawns on both sides to cook.
Enjoy these grilled prawns by themselves or with rice, zucchini and chili sauce.
