Grilled Spicy Prawns

Grilled is not my middle finger name. Nope. It is not. But I enjoy the trill-frill of grilling. Grilling food and I also enjoy grilling people, especially those irritating specimens. If you don't grill the specimens, I guess you won't get the hangover of grilling food. Aha! What a bold strong intro. You agree? Up to you. In nava-k, we don't force anyone. We want you to pop by and enjoy the recipes. I bet you will love these grilled spicy prawns (Grilled Salmon, Pepper Tamarind Prawns, Prawn Mee, Prawn Devil Curry & Hokkien Mee). Cleaning prawns is hell for me, but I suppose its okay once a while. Now, stop panicking because you may be unsure if you can replicate this dish. No worries honey. You can make it. You got the power. No need for oven as well. Get the stove portable grill, or pan fry these spicy prawns in a non-stick pan or if you insist, I have to give way to the grilling pit or even your impressive million dollar oven. Choice is yours, but don't let go of these charred spicy amazing prawns. Take care everyone. I got to go.

Ingredients (A)
150g medium size prawns - de-vein and leave the tail on
1 tsp ginger paste (or ginger powder)
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Salt for taste

Serve with (optional)
Cooked white rice
Zucchini slices
Chilli sauce

Mix prawns with the ingredients listed in A.
Marinate and leave in the fridge for an hour.
Next, heat a nonstick portable grill, drizzle olive oil in and grill prawns on both sides to cook.
Enjoy these grilled prawns just like that or with rice, zucchini and chili sauce.
