Grilled Chicken Wings


You know what is the worst part of sharing recipes? Per say it is how to kick start the intro. And I have been consistency sharing recipes, almost one each day. So, can you imagine staring at the dish, and then staring at the laptop? Not easy, sometimes can crack open my thinking cap, sometimes I'm lost in space and sometimes without realising, I tend to repeat the same story over and over again. Life is tough isn't? Has been, will be and will continue to be. So be it. We will survive. I think enough said already, let us now jump start to the recipe. Chicken (Chicken Salted Eggs & Chicken Wonton Soup) and wings and grilled (Grilled Salmon). Marinated with honey and chilli, oven grilled succulent charred chicken wings. You are the wind beneath my wings followers of "cook with nava-k". Thank you so much Bette Midler. I love you and how you sang the song so fantastically. Always will be in my heart.

Ingredients
5 chicken wings - cut into two, at the thick part.
1 tsp honey (more or less)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp chilli flakes
Oil for greasing baking pan/tray
Salt for taste

Method
Marinate wings with all the ingredient (except oil) for at least 4 hours.
After that, grease baking tray with oil.
Place wings atop,
Bake/grill for about 40 mins, until cooked and the skin is crispy-charred
(Note: in between, turn wings to evenly cook on both sides).
Don't forget to trend alongside "cook with nava-k" on every other social media please!!

  1. That looks delicious! I'm like you - sometimes I can't help myself when it comes to wings. I've been working up a recipe for grilled chicken wings, too! Brilliant minds think a like - however, I traded the recipe for leg quarters... They should be on the blog within the next week!
