Max Factor was recently launched in Malaysia, making it the 75th market worldwide. Max Factor, a brand of Procter & Gamble, will be distributed locally by StarAsia Malaysia. According to Julia Wong, General Manager, StarAsia Malaysia, “Max Factor is a brand with a rich history in make-up which we Malaysian women should not be deprived off”.
Launched at the Luna Bar in Menara PanGlobal, the event showcased celebrities - Melissa Indot, Mizz Nina and Jay Menon strutting down the runway. Encapsulating classic glamour, vibrant glam and understated chic respectively, these three women were made up by Max Factor’s make-up artist showcasing different make-up styles and colour.
Besides launching the brand, Max Factor also introduced their new False Lash Effect Mascara – an astounding new mascara ranked top selling in the Global Market. The new mascara, which in a quick, easy brushstroke delivers glamorous, super enhanced lashes, just like fake lashes with natural look.
Winnie Loo, the Chief Creative Director of A Cut Above, and a veteran in the make-up industry was the selected make-up artist for Max Factor. Bringing three decades of expertise in the beauty industry, Winnie shared her make-up tips with a live demo on guest model Nadine Ann Thomas. She used the existing Max Factor make-up range and the newly launched False Lash Effect Mascara to create a stunning and voluminous eyes for Nadine giving the Miss Malaysia Universe 2010 truly impactful, spectacular and dazzling lashes.
