Who am I to decide what you should do, but remember, for all that being impressed with those like me who share recipes, I hope you will also cook okay? Today, I have this Honey Chilli Chicken (Tom Yam Chicken, Curry Chicken Noodles & Chicken Black Vinegar Ginger). Subtlety infused with natural honey sweetness which absolutely dances well with the saltiness of soy sauce and spiciness of chilli powder. Now, the tip from nava-k is, except for onion, curry leaves and oil, marinate chicken with the rest of the ingredients to allow it to be marinated for at least 4 hours. That by far will soak chicken with the sweet, salty and spicy tastes, thereafter, we shall cook and scent it with curry leaves. How about that? Are you impressed? So,what are you waiting for? 400g chicken (cut into bite sizes)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp plain chilli powder (or as you prefer)
1 large onion - sliced
3 sprigs curry leaves
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except onion and curry leaves for at least 4 hours.
In heated oil, saute onion and curry leaves.
Add marinated chicken, stir, pour 1/4 cup of water and simmer.
Stir and cook till chicken is tender and gravy thickens up.
Remove from heat.
