Vegetarian Mutton Varuval

Looks like I'm a pro in producing dishes with the so called vegetarian mutton. Here's another to add to the collection; a stir fry and dry style. It can be paired with rice, bread, tosai or chapati. You get the ingredients ready, add all together and stir fry in oil.

200g of vegetarian mutton -tear/pull out to crumble
1 onion (sliced)
3 sprigs curry leaves
2 green & 1 red chillies (remove seeds and cut into pieces)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp fennel powder
Some spices (cinnamon, star anise, cardamom & cloves)
Salt for taste
3 tbsp oil

Add all ingredients together in a bowl except oil
When oil is heated,  add the combined ingredients.
Stir and cook continuously for about 10 mins.
Dish out and serve.
