Vegetable Green Curry

If you are unsure of anything, anything for the matter from A to Z, for god sake, don't make your own assumption, Have you not heard of "assumption is the mother of major F"?. That's right, logically, if you want to know the truth, you should ask, hopefully you get the answer. Now, instead of you asking me, I'm gonna quickly intercept to ask you what is your favourite colour. Red, black, white, purple, blue or green? I think I hear some of you saying green. Acceptable. Sure. Why not? In fact, a big applause to those who love green because green is nature and green is an environment free from pollution, but don't forget, green with envy is not right. No, no.

Please don't envy anyone, no, you shouldn't. Instead, how about pushing yourself beyond boundaries to achieve whatever you want? Think about it, meanwhile, you can start pushing your hunger towards this recipe for the day vegetable green curry. A delectable wholesome curry, take it from nava-k who made it by tipping in her love, purely her love, moreover, she does not envy those who copy her recipes, yet, she still won't mind sharing her KGB secret to this vegetarian curry (Yam Basket Vegetarian & Vegetarian Mutton Varuval). Made with a curry paste consisting of green chillies, coriander leaves and fresh turmeric, then cooked with veggies and laced with coconut milk and lime juice, don't envy her, instead push yourself to make it. I know you will. I believe in you as much as you believe in my recipes. Point noted, take care everyone. 

For green curry paste
5 green chillies
A handful of coriander leaves
1 inch fresh turmeric or 1 tsp turmeric powder
(add some water and blend into a fine paste)
Other ingredients
1 onion - sliced into big chunks
200g cauliflower - cut into pieces
1/2 carrot - cut into pieces
2 potatoes - cut into pieces
1 cup coconut milk
1 lime (extract juice)
4 tbsp oil
Salt for taste

When oil is heated, fry green paste and onion until aromatic and oil splits.
Add vegetables, 1 cup of water and season with salt.
Simmer and cook to soften veggies.
Pour in coconut milk and lime juice.
Stir and when heated through, remove from heat.
Don't forget to trend alongside "cook with nava-k" on every other social media pleassee!!

  2. I love curry especially when it's very spicy and hot. I love it with rice..but I haven't tried this green curry before.
