Kate Moss is nude again. This time around, it’s for the new advertising campaign for jeweller David Yurman. At 36, the British model has already nude for Love, Interview and Vogue. In these pictures, renowned photographer Peter Lindbergh shot Kate Moss in St Bart’s. She wore only a heavy chain necklace and bracelet.
In another shot, the mother of one is photographed up to her chest in the sea, with her hair slicked back, wearing a different necklace. It looks like Kate Moss is clearly happy with her figure. She tells Interview magazine, "I was never anorexic, so I was never that skinny. I was never boney-boney. But I remember thinking, 'I don't want to be this skinny'.”
"I didn't eat for a long time. Not on purpose. You'd be on shoots with bad food or get on a plane, and the food would be so disgusting you couldn't eat it. You go to a show, and there's no food at all, so if you're doing shows back to back, you can forget eating. I remember standing up in the bath one day, and there was a mirror in front of me, and I was so thin! I hated it. I never liked being that skinny."
In a WWD interview, titled "The Waif that Roared," Kate shares her definition of "beauty." "It sounds really corny, but I think that if you’re beautiful inside, it shows on the outside for sure," Moss says. "You can be a pretty face, but if you’re not a nice person, it just doesn’t work. I’m not traditionally a beauty, but apparently people think I’m all right. If you’re a nice person, it definitely helps."
