1/4 packet mee hoon (blanched to soften)
4-5 black mushrooms
1/2 lotus root
(these veges to be shredded or sliced thinly)
5-6 pips garlic (chopped)
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp oil
Salt for taste (use sparingly)
Heat oil and when heated, saute garlic.
Add mee hoon.
Stir for a couple of minutes.
Pour in dark and light sauce and add salt sparingly.
