Dory Fish With Spicy Butter Sauce

My man is a fish man (Assam Curry Fish). Not in the sense that he is a fisherman or fishmonger, but fish is his brain food. Okay, I agree. Fish packed with Omega 3, 4, 5, 6, so on and so forth is healthy, so, I cook fish more often to anything else to activate my man's brain. So, people, what else you think can be new on our dining table? Fish again please, but not the same fish again (Deep Fried Fish With Chilli Padi Sauce). I actually try to vary, though usually the local catch, today akin "Finding Nemo", I bought "Finding Dory". In other words, I bought dory fish for the first time ever. Hmmm? Quite a bold move, I experimented dory for a new style dish, it turned out quite good, can you please welcome dory in a spicy butter sauce, teamed with blanched French Beans? Thank you for your consideration. Take care everyone!!

Ingredients
For the fish
2 pieces dory fish fillet
Pinch of dried basil leaves, pepper, salt and drops of olive oil
** Marinate dory with these ingredients for at least an hour.
For the butter sauce
1/4 teaspoon lemon rind
1/2 lemon - juiced
2 tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 red chilies (remove seeds and slice thinly)
One handful of coriander leaves (slice thinly)

Vegetable
15 french beans (blanch with some salt)

Method
Heat a non-stick frying pan and drizzle oil inside.
Place fillet and cook on both sides.
By the way, dory cooks quite fast.
Remove, place on a serving plate and arrange beans around.
For the sauce
In the same pan, add butter and olive oil.
Once slightly heated, add lemon rind. .
Immediately pour milk and lemon juice.
Let it simmer just to heat through and off the heat.
Quickly combine in chillies and coriander leaves, pour this sauce over fish.
Don't forget to trend alongside "cook with nava-k"on every other social media please!!
