Sardine Varuval (Fried) With Potatoes

This is another sardine recipe after the previous Spicy Sardine Sambal With Potatoes. My family really don't mind having sardine provided it is cooked differently.

3 medium size potatoes (remove skin, cut into 4 and slice thinly). Mix with a bit of turmeric powder and salt. 
2 cans of sardines (drain out the sauce)
1 medium size onion (sliced thinly)
2 sticks of cinnamon (broken)
1 tbsp fish curry powder
Salt to taste
Lime juice - as needed
Oil as needed
Fry potatoes in oil till crispy. Remove and keep aside.

Leave just about 1 tbsp of oil in the pan. Add all the other  ingredients except lime juice and fried potatoes. 

Fry and gently break sardines. 
Add potatoes and lime juice. Stir over high heat and dish out.
